Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including time spent building or scaling repeatable processes.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and future leaders.
• SAP ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across Stow's channels, translating market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape into recommended prioritized initiatives.
• Build detailed business cases for major initiatives — technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI.
• Identify and evaluate new product and partnership opportunities, translating them into marketable concepts.
• Lead and develop the product management and product development team, building the technical and leadership skills the team needs to scale.
• Create systems, documentation, and repeatable processes that let Product operate with rigor.
