Job summary

The Stow Company in Holland, MI is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to own the product roadmap across dealer, DTC, and retail channels.

You will build the systems and team capability to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and customer intimacy, reporting to the VP of Brand Management. This hands-on leadership role requires building trust across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and exec leadership, delivering data-informed recommendations that connect product decisions to business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including building or scaling repeatable processes.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing team members and future leaders.
• Experience with SAP ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across channels and translate market trends into prioritized initiatives.
• Build detailed business cases with technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI.
• Identify new product and partnership opportunities and translate into marketable concepts.
• Lead and develop the product management team to scale capabilities.
• Create systems, documentation, and repeatable processes to operate with rigor.
