Job summary

TydenBrooks, Tallapoosa, GA, seeks an Operational Leader to own plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. You will establish a standardized daily management system, drive KPI scorecards, and lead a high-velocity 24/7 operation with production, EHS, planning, quality, engineering, maintenance, and logistics.

You will coach Supervisors and Line Leads, implement Lean tools, and oversee digital product integration and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 10+ years Operations Management in complex manufacturing.
• Led teams of 100+ in 24/7 continuous operations.
• One full Lean transformation — early-stage through sustained deployment.
• Injection molding, metal stamping, and/or automation experience preferred.
• Deep Lean fluency: VSM, 5S, standard work, TPM, flow, pull, LPA.
• Builds and sustains KPI scorecards — drives action, not just reporting.
• Structured problem-solving: 8D, A3, or equivalent RCA methodology.
• ISO 9001 / ISO 17712 quality systems knowledge.
• High analytical aptitude; strong written, verbal, and exec presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people at Tallapoosa.
• Establish and sustain a standardized daily management system (DMS) with operating rhythm.
• Lead, develop, and hire Supervisors, Line Leads, and front-line operators.
• Cross-train the workforce to increase flexibility and coverage across all production areas.
• Complete performance and development reviews for all direct reports.
• Own the facility KPI scorecard across the SQDC framework; cascade metrics and drive accountability.
• Design and implement a standardized plant operating model with standard work and visual controls.
• Drive Lean tools and partner with Engineering on manufacturability and automation roadmap.
• Lead Digital product integration into full production, including PFMEA and capacity planning.
• Assist in annual budgeting and CAPEX business cases; communicate objectives with impact.
