The RLP Group is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to optimize profitability and drive strategic initiatives across on-site and remote teams in the United States. You will oversee financial planning, operational metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to meet budget targets and sustain growth.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven record of profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level or higher experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technological skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure profitability.
• Lead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership to the company, including mentoring senior management and instilling best practices from an operational and sales perspective.
• Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify opportunities for improvement with the executive leadership team.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, financial budget, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan and long-term growth forecasting.
• Work with the Sales team to grow top-line revenue through customer relationships.
