• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level role or above experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and technology skills to develop and manage programs, metrics, and solutions.
• Proven track record of leading an organization through profitable growth.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, asset management, and collaborating to ensure profitability.
• Lead assessment, planning, and execution of operations and customer support strategy with a strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership to the company, mentoring senior management and instilling best practices.
• Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, identify opportunities for improvement with executive leadership.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budget, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop an annual business plan and forecast long-term growth.
• In partnership with Sales, grow top-line revenue by maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
