Job summary

The RLP Group is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as VP of Operations in Phoenix. You will drive efficiency and profitability through scalable processes and data-driven decisions, aligning operations with strategic business goals.

Lead budgeting, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to optimize margins and support sustainable growth across onsite and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Experience in a director-level role or above.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with analytical and technological skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth for an organization.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of operations, budgeting, and asset utilization.
• Lead development and execution of operations and customer support strategy.
• Provide professional management and leadership to senior management, mentoring and instituting best practices.
• Assess SOPs, manage by exception, and identify opportunities for improvement with executive leadership.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budgets, and KPIs.
• Collaborate on annual business planning and long-term growth forecasts.
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue through strong client relationships.
