You will oversee operational excellence, sales alignment, and culture that supports employee engagement and servant leadership. The role reports to executive leadership and focuses on profitability and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L or analyzing financial performance.
• Strong leadership with a track record of building teams.
• Data-driven decision making using KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full P&L accountability for revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Lead growth initiatives to achieve 20%+ annual expansion.
• Expand market share, add trade lines, and pursue tuck-in acquisitions.
• Launch and scale new branches in existing and new markets.
