Job summary

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital seeks a Vice President Operations FSED to lead the Hillsborough market. You will drive strategy, growth, and operational performance across freestanding emergency departments and the access network, partnering with physicians, EMS, and community leaders.

You will oversee financial outcomes, patient access, and network optimization while guiding strategic initiatives and integration with Brandon Hospital service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Demonstrated financial, operational, strategic and data-driven decision making.
• Strong executive communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Hillsborough market growth strategy across FSERs and access points.
• Lead business development and network optimization to expand access and volume.
• Oversee operational planning for FSER growth and future access-point development.
• Align growth and operations with Brandon Hospital strategy and physician engagement.
