UWorld is seeking a Vice President of Operations to plan, direct, and oversee operations across departments. Based in Dallas, TX, the role drives growth as a leading education company worldwide through strategic direction and process optimization.

Qualified candidates have an MBA and at least 15 years of industry experience, including 5 in upper management, with preference for EdTech. Relocation to Dallas area required to lead our operations teams.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required.
• At least 15 years of industry experience with 5 years in upper management.
• EdTech/Education sector experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicates and implements the strategic direction of assigned departments.
• Collaborates with COO and executive leadership to develop and meet company goals.
• Establishes and administers assigned budgets.
• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the COO and other executive leadership.
• Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is provided.
