Maumee Supply & Waterhouse is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead development and continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, technology, and infrastructure. The role emphasizes removing barriers so teams perform faster, easier, and more effectively while driving cross-functional problem solving.

The VP will oversee Epicor Eclipse, IT, SOP development, and the Purchasing and Warehouse teams, shaping an organization focused on dependable, scalable operations

Qualifications

Significant operations leadership experience in distribution or similar environment.
Experience developing and implementing SOPs and documented processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
