Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a regional portfolio of approximately 3,400 rental units, directing Property Management Regional Directors and aligning with resident services to advance affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization.

You will mentor teams, drive budgets, ensure compliance, and partner with developers, asset management and marketing to achieve growth and social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 8+ years multi-site, multi-property operational management experience preferred.
• Industry certification such as CPM or AAMC desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to PM Regional Directors across the region.
• Develop and monitor budgets, pro forma analyses, and performance against pro forma.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and contract requirements across the region.
• Collaborate with Development, Asset Management and Marketing for growth and alignment.
• Lead with integrity and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
