The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Regional Vice President to our Aladdin Campus Dining team. As the Regional Vice President, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.

What you'll be doing:
  • Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region.
  • Ensuring that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region.
  • Providing leadership and direction to regional management.
  • Achieving budgeted client retention for the region and ensuring that the Miller Heiman Process is used in all accounts.
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of NSLP, NSBP, and CACFP regulations and operations.
  • Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with contract management, multi-unit management, and/or opening new accounts.
Where you'll be working:

East Region

Compensation Range

Compensation starting at $150,000 per year and goes up based on experience.
