Job summary

Everly Talent LLC is seeking a Vice President, Operations for a health services organization in Brooklyn, NY. The role reports to the leadership team and drives growth, oversees homecare operations across multiple sites, and shapes the delivery of care in the New York area.

You will lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, implement KPIs, ensure DOH, CMS and HIPAA compliance, and partner with IT, clinical, and finance teams to advance digital health and expansion through M&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven success managing multi-site and multi-line healthcare services.
• Experience with M&A and integration of acquired operations.
• Strong regulatory knowledge in home care.

• Collaborating with executive leadership to drive long-term growth, including expansion into new states through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Providing day-to-day oversight of home care services in New York area including boroughs and Westchester.
• Ensuring seamless coordination across business lines
• Establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
• Leading audits and ensuring compliance with DOH, CMS, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Partnering with IT and clinical teams to drive innovation and digital health initiatives.
• Collaborating with finance on budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
