Job summary

CareAparent in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Director of Operations to join our office leadership team. This hands-on executive partners with the SVP of Operations to drive performance, establish owners, align priorities, and ensure data-driven decision making across departments.

The role requires strategic vision and daily execution, with oversight of admissions, staffing, quality, and compliance. In-office, Monday–Friday, with a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive operations experience, preferably in home health, hospice, senior services, ambulatory care, or another regulated healthcare setting
• Three or more years leading projects, teams, or cross-functional operational work
• Strong business acumen with a focus on compliance, quality initiatives and an ability to manage KPI's and implement efficient workflows
• Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ direct reports
• An active RN, PT, or OT license is preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans.
• Manage the SVP operating cadence, action items, deadlines, and escalation list.
• Review scorecards for census, admissions, staffing, productivity, quality, client experience, and financial performance.
• Coordinate admissions, staffing capacity, caseloads, schedules, and service-gap escalation.
• Support survey readiness, audits, corrective actions, complaints, incidents, and compliance follow-through.
• Lead system implementations, process redesign, SOP development, and change adoption.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and participate in the operations on-call rotation.
• Prepare concise executive and Board-related operational updates.

We are growing and looking to add a net new Director of Operations to our Office Leadership Team!

Director of Operations is the SVP of Operations' right-hand operational partner. This hands-on leader coordinates priorities across operational departments, monitors performance, removes barriers, drives issues to documented resolution, and escalates material risks or decisions at the appropriate time.

The successful candidate can move comfortably between strategy and daily execution, creating structure, establishing owners and deadlines, validating data, communicating decision-ready updates, and influencing leaders across teams while staying within defined operational and clinical decision boundaries.

Location: Woodbury, MN (In-Office)

Hours: Standard Business Hours (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00/year
