Champions Funding LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Director to oversee the company’s quality control program for mortgage operations. You will ensure loan files and processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established quality standards while leading audits pre-funding and post-closing.

You will manage QC staff, set performance expectations, analyze findings, and collaborate across underwriting, compliance, and operations to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage lending or quality control experience.
• Experience leading quality control teams or programs.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and underwriting standards.
• Ability to analyze audit findings and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the mortgage QC program to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Lead pre-funding and post-closing loan audits and identify compliance risks.
• Manage QC staff, set performance expectations, and ensure timely loan reviews.
• Analyze findings, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, closing, and operations to implement actions.
• Prepare QC reports, management summaries, and trend analyses for senior leadership.
