Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience with related marketing concepts and principles
• Adept at extracting insights from data and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Experience leveraging marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
• Detail-oriented with strong project management
• Strong organizational and staff management skills

Responsibilities

• Leads the marketing shared services and consolidates into a cohesive internal agency
• Provides guidance to creative, digital, and direct marketing teams and drives continuous improvement
• Develops strategy for the marketing services department aligned with overall marketing and business goals
• Develops deep understanding of ecosystems to target new or underserved markets
• Consults with business on marketing strategies, results, and forward planning
• Establishes a scorecard and owns results including ROAS and channel performance
