The role involves owning product marketing, brand, and partnerships, leading a four-person team, and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Product. Hybrid work in Seattle with a strategic, hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing as an executive in a B2B SaaS company scaling to $100M ARR.
• Built a marketing measurement model trusted by CFO and board.
• Defined a marketing vision that changed how Sales sells.
• Led end-to-end marketing including demand gen, branding, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine spanning paid, organic, partner, events, and outbound.
• Make marketing measurable with ops, attribution, and reporting.
• Own the story: product marketing, messaging, launches, and packaging.
• Build the category and brand through press, analyst relations, and thought leadership.
• Turn customers into growth: customer marketing and advocacy.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, with hiring where needed.
