Job summary

Yoodli is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function as a member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and participating in board meetings.

This is a full-stack marketing leadership role for someone who treats pipeline as the first proof point. You'll build a demand engine, guide positioning, category, brand, and customer stories to drive measurable growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a marketing executive or senior leader in a B2B SaaS company scaling to $100M ARR.
• Proven ability to build a measurable marketing function and a credible funnel for a board.
• Ability to lead across demand gen, product marketing, brand, and marketing ops.
• Excellent communication with executives and the board.
• Experience with AI-native marketing tools.
• Leadership and team-building track record.

Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine across paid, organic, partner, events, and outbound.
• Make marketing measurable with ops, attribution, and ROI reporting.
• Own product marketing and positioning, including the shift to Yoodli as an AI Platform for Human Skills.
• Lead category and brand, including press, analyst relations, social, and thought leadership.
• Turn customers into the growth engine with proof points from Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Harness.
• Grow with partners like Salesforce, SAP, FranklinCovey, and Korn Ferry.
• Lead the team across events/field marketing, product marketing, growth, and press.
• Communicate strategy and performance to the CEO, leadership team, and board.
• Place bold bets and run experiments; cut what doesn't work.
