Loud And Live, based in Miami, seeks a strategic VP of Marketing to lead agency clients, live events, and entertainment properties. You will steer marketing across digital, traditional, social, and analytics to deliver integrated, measurable results.

You will build and scale the Marketing organization, forecast talent needs, optimize processes, and collaborate with executives to drive revenue and audience growth. A focus on AI and data-driven decisions guides fast-paced campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing teams in agency, media, or entertainment settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Marketing function across agency clients, live events, and entertainment properties.
• Provide strategic leadership across digital, traditional, social, influencer, and analytics.
• Establish processes, workflows, and standards to improve execution and scalability.
• Forecast staffing and resources aligned to business growth and seasonal demands.
• Drive AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Own and manage Marketing budgets and P&L with finance partners.
