EmpowerHome is seeking a VP of Marketing to own the entire marketing function—from strategy and lead generation to messaging, campaigns, analytics, vendors, systems, and team leadership.

This role requires wearing many hats: the strategist who can also roll up sleeves to execute, and a leader who drives measurable outcomes rather than just pretty visuals. The position offers growth opportunities within a nationally growing, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end marketing efforts across strategy, lead gen, messaging, campaigns, analytics, vendors and teams.
• Experience in smaller, lead-driven organizations or within growth environments.
• Ability to wear many hats and execute hands-on when needed.
• Strong focus on measurable outcomes and business impact in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy to leadership and execution.
• Lead campaigns, messaging, analytics, and vendor management to drive results.
• Develop offers, audiences, and calls to action that raise hands and convert.
