Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Vice President of Marketing to lead Crossix. You will shape how our Measurement and Audience products are positioned in a dynamic market and partner with Sales, Product, and Strategy while guiding a lean team of marketing professionals.

In this role, you will establish multi-channel content, launch go-to-market programs, and empower sales with compelling messaging and assets that accelerate adoption. This position may require on-site work occasionally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 5+ years leading marketing teams.
• Strong background in product marketing at ad-tech or media companies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear messaging.
• Proven track record of launching go-to-market programs.
• Excellent collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams.
• May be required to work on-site in the office on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Own overarching product positioning and value propositions for Crossix products.
• Lead annual marketing planning and execution, including flagship events.
• Build and scale a multi-channel content engine (blogs, site copy, videos, infographics) for diverse segments.
• Create targeted go-to-market programs for new product offerings.
• Empower sales with messaging, enablement materials, and competitive intelligence tools.
• Translate customer success stories into reference assets and adoption programs.
• Lead and retain a high-performing product and field marketing team.
• Partner with Crossix leadership to ensure strategic alignment across departments.
