Our IoT-powered, in-building smart units provide on-demand access to everything from vacuums and projectors to e-scooters, VR headsets, and everyday essentials — complemented by usage-based data and AI-driven insights that personalize experiences.
Backed by $40M+ in funding, we are a post-Series A global company operating in 60+ cities across North America and Europe. We partner with the world’s largest landlords and brands, serving 250,000+ households — and every 10 seconds, someone around the globe is using TULU.
TULU is experiencing tremendous growth and entering its next phase. We’re looking for a strategic and operationally minded VP Marketing to lead all aspects of TULU’s B2B and B2C marketing for both landlords and consumers.
As VP Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our go-to-market engine: accelerating top-of-funnel growth with high-quality leads, strengthening our brand with landlords, and increasing adoption and engagement across our expanding resident base.
This role spans the full ecosystem –
For landlords: You will lead conferences, SEO, PR, paid search, referrals, and innovative initiatives that amplify our presence, leverage our top-tier customer base, and establish TULU as the category-defining product access platform.
For residents: You will own the strategy, tools, and experiments that accelerate user acquisition, activation and engagement—blending digital and physical tactics, shaping pre- and post-signup journeys, optimizing messaging and incentives, and driving scalable growth across global markets.
This is a senior leadership role. You will work closely with the CEO, participate in board meetings, and build and lead a global, high-performance marketing team. Your impact will be direct and measurable—fueling TULU’s rapid expansion and advancing our mission of enabling smarter, more sustainable living.
We’re looking for people with a strong sense of agency—overachievers who want to achieve great things in life. Those who thrive on big challenges, hard work, bold responsibilities, and purpose-driven teamwork. People who see failure not as an end, but as a step toward learning and growth.
If that’s the kind of environment you’re looking for, applying to TULU could be the best first step in your journey.
You are hungry, tech-savvy, creative, and results-driven — a true hustler with strong ownership and determination to get things done. You thrive in fast-paced, high-performance, high-growth environments and are passionate about building, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for revolutionary, real-world businesses.
