Job summary

Medical Mutual is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services & Operations in Brooklyn, OH. This executive will lead the Clinical Delivery teams, drive value-based programs, and partner with the CMO to advance clinical initiatives.

The role emphasizes Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, budget oversight, and strong stakeholder communications. The position reports to the CMO and oversees utilization, case management, and post-acute services, with a focus on improving cost, quality, and member outcomes

Qualifications

RN with current Ohio license is required; master's degree preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive health care plan management experience in multiple clinical areas including Medicare/Medicaid.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Direct cross-functional teams to deliver value-based care initiatives and programs.
Partner with VPs and business owners to drive clinical innovation and cost-quality improvements.
Achieve operational and financial objectives for at-risk populations across plans.
Oversee communications, budgeting, and strategic advisory support to the CMO.
Coordinate division budget and prepare recommendations for leadership approval.
Oversee clinical content, program materials, and provider engagement strategies.
Represent Clinical Operations in customer/broker presentations.
