Brentwood Industries Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President of Manufacturing to lead global plastics production, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across multiple sites in the Reading, PA area.

The role focuses on capacity expansion, automation, and data-driven performance improvements to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The candidate will drive lean initiatives, oversee budgets, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while collaborating

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Master’s or MBA preferred for leadership roles.
12–15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Experience leading multi-site operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Set and execute global manufacturing strategy aligned to company growth.
Lead transformation initiatives (automation, digitalization, process improvement).
Oversee multi-site manufacturing operations and daily production activities.
Drive efficiency, throughput, and cost per unit improvements.
Maintain audit readiness, traceability, and manufacturing documentation.
Champion workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
Manage budgets, capital planning, and cost control initiatives.
Track and improve KPIs (yield, downtime, on-time delivery).
