Job summary

Brentwood Industries, Inc. in Reading, PA, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the site’s manufacturing operations, drive performance, and ensure quality.

You will manage teams, develop systems, and create a scalable, safety-conscious production environment in line with cGMP and ISO standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership, and plastics experience in medical or transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, or related experience.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a management position.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics manufacturing in either the medical or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to manufacturing departments.
• Set, monitor, and manage KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee hiring, training and development for site manufacturing personnel.
