Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years progressive experience in consumer, mortgage, or financial-services sales with leadership of managers.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, goals, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and accountability routines.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, origination workflows, regulatory expectations, and fair lending.
• Ability to analyze performance, communicate recommendations, influence cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for multi-channel loan sales growth and profitability.
• Lead loan sales leaders, coordinators, and originators through coaching and succession planning.
• Plan staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet production goals.
• Govern incentive programs ensuring compliance with regulations and risk appetite.
• Partner with operations, underwriting, marketing, and BI to optimize workflows.
• Analyze market conditions to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
