Qualifications

• Seven years of residential mortgage lending experience.
• Experience with origination, underwriting, and leadership.
• Knowledge of secondary-market requirements and mortgage-insurance guidelines.
• Active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for residential mortgage and consumer lending.
• Develop lending strategies, products, programs, and initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions, pipeline performance, and portfolio results.
• Advise management on complex lending matters and policy interpretation.
• Lead Mortgage Loan Officers and Residential Underwriters; recruit and develop staff.
