Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President to lead the Alternative Lending program management and partner with product to deliver a complex zero-to-one product build. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define scope and plans, owning timelines and delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical project management experience.
• Active PMP, PMP-ACP, PgMP, or similar certification.
• Strong SDLC understanding.
• Experience leading Agile delivery with Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Ability to distill complex issues into actionable tasks.
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology programs from inception to closure, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, designers, and partners to deliver outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies including external partners.
• Develop and execute integration plans across teams and partners.
• Remove impediments and track action items to completion.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to executives and stakeholders.
• Improve PM processes with curiosity and efficiency.
