Job summary

The Testing Site - JPMC Wealth Management unit seeks a Mortgage Product Owner (VP/ED) to lead end-to-end mortgage and HELOC product lifecycle, driving profitability and client experience for US Private Bank clients. You will champion data-driven decisions, partner with cross-functional teams, and scale digital solutions.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, agile ceremonies, product testing and release strategy, and mentoring product analysts.

Qualifications

5–10 years of Banking/Financial Services experience, with at least 3 in a similar role.
Expertise in defining, building out product strategy and roadmaps; strong prioritization.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Data & Tech literacy; using data to create insights and well-designed applications.
Market & product knowledge; end-to-end processes and trends.
Continuous improvement; design thinking to improve efficiency, scale, and resilience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for mortgage products supporting Wealth Management.
Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk, compliance, and sales.
Develop and manage product backlog aligned to strategic roadmap.
De-risk investments using design thinking and user feedback.
Mentor and guide product analysts/associates.
