Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading Leveraged Finance team. You’ll develop relationships with corporate and financial clients and work across products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises.

As a VP, you will supervise junior bankers, refine marketing materials, and oversee financial projections, while identifying risks and coordinating with internal and external parties to execute complex

Qualifications

• 6+ years of front-office Leveraged Finance experience.
• Experience training junior bankers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise reasoning.
• Strong quantitative skills including Excel modeling and valuation.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and synthesize information.
• Adaptability to manage projects independently and take responsibility.
• Professional and mature client interaction skills.
• Solid understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks in large banks.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on capital markets transactions
• Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward
• Refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
• Overseeing the creation of financial projection models
• Identifying and managing all risks in a given deal
• Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions (eg. lawyers, accountants, counterparties)
