Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to shape innovative offerings, drive end-to-end lifecycles, and deliver customer value through high-quality products.

You will partner with cross-functional teams—risk, technology, operations, and data governance—to launch scalable solutions, gather feedback, and ensure outstanding client experiences. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through value management.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication for technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Data Science and ML capabilities in production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Actively work to gain a deep understanding of intricate business challenges and processes.
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Lead discovery and use-case prioritization: identify high-value AI opportunities, size impact/feasibility, and maintain a ranked use-case pipeline.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Risk, controls, and governance: ensure the product meets policy/regulatory expectations; manage issues, operational risk, and audit readiness.
• Cross-functional stakeholder leadership: align business, operations, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and data governance; communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly
