Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive multifamily leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading ground up and value add lease ups.
• Strong command of revenue management, pricing, and market analytics.
• Proven track record building teams and scalable systems.
• Experience with AppFolio, CRM platforms, and revenue management software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead lease up communities from early development through stabilization
• Build leasing, marketing, pricing, and concession strategies that drive velocity
• Own revenue management, occupancy, and pricing across the portfolio
• Partner with the CEO to grow NOI and elevate long term asset performance
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high performing leasing organization
• Optimize centralized leasing, self guided tours, CRM, and AI driven leasing tools
