You will supervise performance, develop asset strategies, and ensure business plan execution across teams to optimize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in multifamily equity asset management, strong financial modeling, and leadership capabilities. Travel 25–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years direct experience in multifamily equity asset management.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a proven track record.
• Experience leading property management teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel 25–40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of multifamily assets.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance.
• Build relationships with third-party management and internal/external teams.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis relative to underwriting, budgeting, and market conditions.
• Review financial statements (P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flows) and perform Argus/Excel analyses.
• Ensure timely portfolio reporting and assist in internal reporting preparations.
• Review and approve capital expenditures and oversee construction management.
• Manage annual budget process and business plan development including revenue/expense budgeting.
• Maintain local market knowledge and support growth/ acquisitions teams.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly valuation, occupancy, and NOI re-forecasts with FP&A and Portfolio Management.
• Participate in due diligence during acquisitions and assist disposition efforts.
