Every Home for Christ in Colorado Springs seeks a Global Advocate to serve as a strategic bridge between HQ and our global Continental Units and Ministry Directors. The role oversees field projects, reports, and proposals to ensure alignment with mission, culture, and excellence.

You will collaborate across continents, coach teams on design and documentation, and translate field information into clear donor-facing narratives.

Qualifications

• Active relationship with Jesus Christ required.
• Attends a local church regularly.
• 3–5 years of global ministry administration/operations/communication experience.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills; ethical use of AI.

Responsibilities

• Bridge HQ and global units; align field projects with mission and standards.
• Review projects for clarity, alignment, budgets, timelines and reporting metrics.
• Coach field teams to elevate project quality and reporting standards.
