Qualificações

• Proven leadership in IT strategy and portfolio governance.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar technology portfolios and budgets.
• Ability to influence executives and drive decisions through execution.
• Strong financial discipline and coaching of delivery teams.
• Experience establishing or improving a testing CoE is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise Strategic Investment Planning process with governance and decision support.
• Translate priorities into an integrated IT roadmap and manage delivery risks.
• Own IT budget planning, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Provide enterprise-level oversight of major programs and projects with measurable outcomes.
• Build and mature a Testing/QA CoE with quality metrics and release readiness.
• Lead three direct-report functions: PMO – Projects; PMO – Assets, Invoices & Budgets; and QA.
• Collaborate with sponsors, Finance, Architecture, Security, and delivery teams to ensure accountability.
