Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Vice President, IT and Enterprise Security in Phoenix to set the technology and security vision and oversee day‑to‑day IT execution. You will guide cloud identity, infrastructure strategy, and governance while leading the IT Operations Manager and Systems Administrator teams.

You will translate strategy into budgets and roadmaps, own enterprise risk, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to drive modernization and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership experience with strategic roadmapping.
• Experience managing IT budgets, supplier contracts, and technology investments.
• Strong communication to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop IT teams and leaders.
• Knowledge of modern identity, cloud, and security architecture (Entra ID, SSO, Zero Trust).
• Experience with security audits, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define the company's technology and security roadmap in partnership with leadership.
• Own enterprise security posture, identity security, and data protection priorities.
• Oversee IT operations, help desk, systems administration, and access management.
• Lead infrastructure and cloud strategy, including Entra ID and cloud transitions.
• Establish identity governance, SSO strategy, and access controls.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop IT talent and leaders.
• Own IT budget planning, forecasting, and supplier negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, and Finance on tech-enabled initiatives.
