Job summary

Person Centered Services is seeking a strategic Vice President of Information Technology to guide vision, architecture, and security across all platforms, ensuring HIPAA compliance and regulatory alignment. The role leads IT strategy, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and vendor governance, while fostering team development and service excellence.

Office in West Seneca, NY with on-site collaboration. The candidate will align IT with business goals, manage budgets, and drive modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field required.
• Master's degree strongly preferred (MIS, MBA, MPA, Health Informatics).
• Information Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) required.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver IT strategy across the organization.
• Lead high-availability infrastructure and security program.
• Develop phased ITIL 4 roadmap with milestones and resources.
• Oversee security controls and HIPAA/compliance requirements.
• Manage budgets and vendor contracts for IT services.
• Mentor and develop IT team members and leadership.
