Job summary

Bestow, a leading life-insurance technology company, seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to own the full technology stack and IT strategy for a fast-growing SaaS business. The role partners with the C-suite to ensure scalable systems and processes across cloud infrastructure, security, and AI-driven automation.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT leadership, extensive cloud, security, and enterprise systems experience, and a track record of building world-class IT organizations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a VP-level or equivalent role.
• Experience leading IT at a SaaS or technology company through growth/transformation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year IT strategy aligned to company growth, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Own enterprise business systems strategy, administration, and optimization (CRM, telephony, ERP, productivity SaaS).
• Lead evaluation/selection of next-gen telephony and contact center platforms with AI-native capabilities.
• Oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and SaaS platforms to meet SLAs.
• Drive AI cost governance, automation of routine IT tasks, and vendor management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an IT team of 8 and manage multi-year budgets/vendor portfolios.
