Partner Company is seeking a Vice President, Intelligence & Impact based in the United States to shape organizational strategy and maximize measurable impact in a mission-driven environment. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive technology-enabled transformation across global programs to improve animal welfare.

Competenze

• Significant senior leadership experience in strategy, organizational transformation, analytics, impact evaluation, technology, or related discipline.
• Ability to translate sophisticated analysis into practical strategic decisions.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and automation.
• Proven ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and data-informed decision-making processes.

• Evaluate portfolio initiatives for effectiveness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
