Mercy For Animals is seeking a senior leader to partner with the President & CEO to shape enterprise strategy and resource allocation. You will establish an Intelligence & Impact function, blending strategy, research, impact measurement, and technology to drive measurable improvements for animals.

You will evaluate global initiatives, build intelligence on livestock industry dynamics, and establish impact frameworks while guiding organizational learning and technology transformation across

• Strong quantitative, qualitative, financial, and operational acumen with ability to balance rigor and judgment.

• Serve as a key strategic partner to the President & CEO, shaping enterprise strategy and resource allocation.
• Establish a new Intelligence & Impact function combining strategy, research, impact measurement, and technology.
• Turn complex information into clear recommendations and drive measurable improvements for animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate global portfolio of initiatives by animal impact, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build proactive intelligence on animal agriculture, corporate behavior, policy, and technology.
• Establish frameworks for impact measurement and organizational learning, and lead technology transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior leadership experience in strategy, analytics, impact evaluation, or technology transformation.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, financial, and operational acumen with ability to balance rigor and judgment.
• Proven ability to build teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change across geographies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Expected salary range $130,720 – $150,800 per year, with potential adjustment for experience.
• Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, generous paid time off, and 401(k) match.
