ICL is seeking a VP to lead the Data & Impact department, guiding performance measurement, evaluation, and quality improvement across 140 programs. You will partner with the Chief Data, Impact & Quality Officer to shape strategy and data-driven culture.

This is a new role with opportunities to influence innovations and best practices in the field. You will oversee senior staff, drive metrics, dashboards, and reviews, and collaborate with IT to advance our data lakehouse and reporting

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of data analytics, performance measurement, quality improvement, or program evaluation.
• 2+ years supervising staff or leading teams.

Mansioni

• Partner with the CDIQO to shape vision, priorities, and plans for the department.
• Lead and supervise the Data & Impact team, including staffing and workflows.
• Oversee the project portfolio, prioritization, and quality of deliverables.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and standardized reporting across programs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with program leadership.
• Contribute hands-on analysis to high-visibility projects with rigor.
• Collaborate with Program Evaluation to turn findings into measures and tools.
• Support IT in developing the data lakehouse architecture and reporting needs.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coach managers and staff on using data to improve performance.
