Mercy For Animals is seeking a visionary Vice President of Intelligence & Impact to join its global, remote leadership team. This role blends strategic planning, organizational learning, impact evaluation, and technology-enabled transformation to drive animal protection at scale.

You will partner with the President & CEO and senior leaders to shape strategy, assess global initiatives, identify leverage points, and build data-driven tools that turn evidence into action, delivering measurable

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience across strategy, organizational leadership, analytics, impact evaluation, technology transformation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and translate analysis into strategic decisions.
• Experience driving technology-enabled transformation, including systems development or integration, AI adoption, automation, or organizational process improvement.

Mansioni

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape organizational strategy, establish priorities, and inform resource allocation.
• Evaluate MFA's global portfolio of initiatives against expected animal impact, strategic alignment, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and comparative advantage.
• Provide ongoing, evidence-informed recommendations on which initiatives MFA should scale, maintain, redesign, or discontinue.
