Job summary

Uline seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to define and execute technology strategy powering North America operations from Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead infrastructure across the region, drive modernization, and partner with leaders to support growth with reliable, scalable systems.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build a high-performing team, balance resiliency and cost, and guide investment in data centers, cloud, and network to enable long-term success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading IT infrastructure in large enterprises.
• Proven track record managing mission-critical infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Experience directing data center operations and collaboration with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America for mission-critical systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with strategic priorities.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned to growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments.
• Oversee infrastructure investment planning balancing resiliency, performance and cost.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with accountability and succession planning.
