Job summary

Uline, a North America distributor, seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to define and execute the technology strategy across North America. You will lead infrastructure operations, drive modernization and partner with business leaders to support growth.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build a high-performing leadership team and oversee data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprises.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
• Define and execute Uline's technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
