Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical systems.
• Partner with leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operations.
• Define and execute technology infrastructure strategy aligned to growth.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning balancing resiliency, performance, and cost.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with accountability and continuous improvement.
