Job summary

Uline is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure to define and execute the strategy behind the technology that powers our business. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead infrastructure operations across North America, drive modernization initiatives and partner with leaders to support long-term growth through reliable, scalable technology.

Uline's 450+ person in-house tech team builds and supports the custom systems that run our business, owning solutions from warehouse management to e-commerce

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprises.
• Proven success leading mission-critical operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to align technology strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with priorities.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned to growth.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning balancing resiliency, performance and cost.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with accountability.
