Job summary

Uline seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to define and execute technology strategy powering North America operations from Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead infrastructure across the region, drive modernization, and partner with leaders to support growth with reliable, scalable systems.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build a high-performing team, balance resiliency and cost, and guide investment in data centers, cloud, and network to enable long-term success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading IT infrastructure in large enterprises.
• Proven track record managing mission-critical infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Experience directing data center operations and collaboration with business leaders.

Uline is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure to define and execute the strategy behind the technology that powers our business. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead infrastructure operations across North America, drive modernization initiatives and partner with leaders to support long-term growth through reliable, scalable technology.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
• Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
