Mainspring Energy, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA seeks a VP of Industrialization to define and lead the end-to-end industrialization strategy, ensuring products move from development to production launch, scale, and lifecycle support.

This executive will oversee NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Test, PLM, ECM, and more. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to build scalable production systems and drive operational excellence, while shaping organizational capability

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, industrialization, or production engineering.
• 10+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
• Proven success launching electromechanical products from development through volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization strategy from prototype through volume production.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on capacity planning and capital investments.
• Build, mentor, and scale leaders across NPI and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Drive governance, process standardization, and cost improvements across factory operations.
