Mainspring Energy is seeking a Vice President of Industrialization to define and lead end-to-end industrialization from prototype through volume production. You will oversee New Prototype Operations, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and more, driving organizational capability and scalable production systems.

You will partner across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure manufacturing readiness, implement DFM/ DFA, and deliver world-class product quality

Formación

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 15+ years in manufacturing, NPI, industrialization, product operations, or production engineering.
• 10+ years leading managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven success launching complex electromechanical products through development to mass production.
• Experience with capital investments, operating plans, and organizational growth.
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech/industrial companies.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, change management, and PLM/ERP/MES.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrialization strategy from prototype to volume production.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on capacity planning and capital investments.
• Build and mentor leaders across NPI, Manufacturing Eng., Test Eng., and ECM.
• Own factory capacity expansion, CapEx, and performance metrics.
• Drive DFM/DFA/DFT collaborations with Product Engineering.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and successful product launches.
