Experience integrating acquisitions, technologies, suppliers, and organizations.
Strong commercial orientation managing cost, quality, schedule, capacity, and supply risk.

Responsibilities

Own the NPI process from R&D handoff to supply chain handoff with cross-functional collaboration.
Continuously improve the stage-gate NPI process, design reviews, configuration management, change control, and launch-readiness.
Own and Drive Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Cost, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain (DFx).
Partner with Supply Chain to ensure products are scalable with quality, cost, and functionality.
